Electric Blue Special US 1982 Kenyon/Scripglow "Sex Maniac's Guide to the USA"

This a compilation of three mondo-style documentaries from the father of American mondo cinema, director Romano Vanderbes. He is credited with a 3-part documentary series called "This Is America" [1977], "This Is America Part 2" [1977] and "America Exposed" [1990]. Apparently, this release contains all the "sex-related" stories from "This is America Parts 1 & 2" 1977. The documentaries, and this video, cross the USA in search of the kinky and the bizarre. Its title song "America the Beautiful" is by "The Dictators". "Sex Maniac's Guide to the USA" was sold in UK with a modified 1982 Kenyon cover. It was re-released in 1993 with Electric Video's own cover. Don't have the newest edition, so am not sure if any content had been changed, but it is possible if there were sexual vignettes in "America Exposed" 1990. Alphonse Tram Review: Total rubbish but notable for 1) The Dictators playing the Miss All Nude America Pageant 1975. PUNK! 2) Mr. Fredericks of Hollywood blowing air into a model’s bra in a PR piece that calls him America’s Original Dirty Old Man. DUNK! and 3) Captain Sticky. THUNK! Note: The women at the erotic-edibles tea-room were all genuine psychos. Chadman Review: I worried that this might be following some loser across America on some sex trip. Luckily, it is actually more of a Mondo Sexo. Which is not great, but certainly the lesser of two evils. Not recommended. Capped from an original NTSC VHS tape 960x720 30 fps
