Cut to the gross grocer’s daughter, Pam, taking a shower. She’s in despair because daddy wants a grandchild before he dies or he’ll leave all his dough to the NRA, and with the shape he’s in, that could be any minute now. Trouble is, this being a porno movie, hubby always has to pull out, making conception problematic. So it’s off to the fertility clinic, where both are exposed to “new outside sexual stimulus” in the form of an attractive nurse and a fat guy with a beard, while the doctors attend via a computer that seems to consist of an old TV, an electric typewriter, and a hand-held calculator. When that doesn’t work, it’s off to Hawaii in search of an exiled psychic – right after an interlude with a she-male stripper. The psychic drinks Schlitz and tells them to find a hooker to help jack up hubby’s sperm count. “Thanks a million!” replies hubby. “Do you think it would be okay if I watched?” asks Pam. After a couple of great shots of North Beach at night, he returns with a hooker who happens to be an old nigh school classmate, who throws in a freebie for Pam. In a stunning surprise ending, Pam dumps her husband for the hooker and Daddy dies of a heart attack when she gives him the good news! —Sex and inheritance problems rule the life of Pam and her husband. It seems that Pam’s wealthy father has made plans to write her out of the will unless she provides him with a grandchild – Pronto! Worried, they seek out Dr. Steiger, a mysterious psychic physician living on a remote island whose bizarre medical practices take them aback. Both husband and wife begin a series of therapeutic carnal adventures that tear the roof off of their libidos
