btw one of the reasons so many videos get taken down is precisely because of so much reupload spam wasting site resources. eventually the site ends up removing the spam but along with it also removes MANY unique videos just to create space for new uploads (site resources are finite!). so making multiple paths to a video that is already publicly available is wasteful, redundant and counterproductive if the goal is to have as many unique videos online as possible
